'Yum Cha in Cantonese literally means 'Drinking Tea'. It refers to the Southern Chinese custom of eating small dishes (steamed, fried or sweets) that are on rotation during lunchtime.
The food offered at Yum Cha is different from regular Chinese food you may order for dinner and take away.
